What is a QR code?
QR stands for "Quick Response" and allows users to access information instantly.
A QR code is a type of barcode that can be read easily by a digital device and which stores information as a series of pixels in a square-shaped grid.
Why use a QR Code with Experience Surveys?
Most smartphone cameras can scan a QR code and allow users to follow the QR code's link
The QR code links directly to the URL in your collector
You can use the QR code in marketing materials to link directly to an Experience Survey
The QR code can be added to printed materials such as stickers and packaging inserts to collect customer feedback
How do I generate a QR code for my Experience Survey?
From within the Experience Survey system, go to the General settings tab of your collector.
Located directly below your collector is a button "generate QR code".
Click the button and download. You are done!
