The Experience Survey system is a collection of features, that allows you to better capture customer experiences, and display those responses on your website or keep them internally. 

This system is 100% customizable and does not require a star rating to be added, which means you can create an experience survey for virtually any reason - allowing you to launch new campaigns like never before. 

The general Experience Survey feature set is available beginning on the Power Plan. 

Why Using Experience Surveys is Important

Experience Surveys are a powerful tool for engaging with your customers and collecting valuable feedback and social proof. Here are a few use cases to keep in mind when creating a survey:

  • Post-purchase feedback: Several survey question options allow you to collect detailed feedback from your customers. Rather than receiving a general review such as "it was great" dig deeper into specifics with a survey.

  • Gather valuable UGC: By including a Visual upload question which can be a "required" component of your survey.

  • Improve customer service: By sending a follow-up survey. Follow-up surveys to both positive and negative reviews are a great way to re-engage with your customers.

  • Identify customer loyalty: Send a Net Promoter Score®.

  • Engage loyal customers on your site: Link a survey to your Visual Gallery or Carousel to collect additional UGC and feedback from your loyal customers.

  • Capture feedback after an event: Multiple surveys can be created and customized for a specific event.

  • Product-specific Surveys: Create product specific surveys which can be customized and incentivized for a specific product.

  • Launch a visual contest: Create a survey for a photo contest where Photos & Videos are required to be submitted.
