Overview

Advanced Visual Capabilities in the Experience Survey system allow you to create immersive, dynamic content through features like the Visual Carousel and Gallery. These tools enable you to showcase user-generated content in tailored, visually engaging formats.

This functionality is available starting on our Enterprise Plan and works seamlessly with Visual Tags for greater customization.

Features of Advanced Visual Capabilities

1. Visual Tags & Filters

Visual Tags allow you to categorize photos or videos for easy display. These tags are managed on the Tag Management page and UGC Studio. Use filters to enhance your galleries further.

How It Works:

  • Add tags to photos/videos via Tag Management (Experience Surveys > Tag Management).

  • Enable filters to let customers view content by category or tag.

Example:
Tag photos with "Steak" under a category like "Food Type" to create a custom gallery for your cooking website. Visitors can sort the gallery using these tags for a personalized experience.

Note: Filters and sorting options are exclusive to the Visual Gallery.

2. Display Content from Specific Experience Surveys

You can create carousels or galleries that display content collected from a specific experience survey, offering more control over what customers see.

How It Works:

  • Set up an experience survey (e.g., "Vacation Photos").

  • Invite customers via email or direct link to submit photos.

  • Select the specific survey in the Visual Carousel or Gallery settings to display this content.

Example:
A travel company collects vacation photos through a survey and uses them to build a vibrant gallery for their website.

3. On-Site Submission for Experience Collection

Enable customers to contribute content directly from your website with a "Share Your Experience" button. This feature seamlessly connects your visual gallery to the experience survey submission process.

How to Set It Up:

  1. Go to your Visual Carousel or Gallery settings.

  2. Navigate to the Experiences tab.

  3. Enter the survey name from your experience surveys.

  4. Customize the button text (e.g., "Share Your Experience").

  5. Click Save & Generate Code to apply changes.

Result:
A button on your gallery guides customers to submit content via your survey flow.

  • Visual Tags: Unlimited tags and categories for detailed sorting and filtering.

  • Display Settings: Choose to show content by tags, filters, or specific experience surveys.

  • Button Placement: Adjust the "Share Your Experience" button to fit your website’s design.
