Updated today

Overview

The new Dashboard is your go-to hub for managing and monitoring your review program’s performance. It replaces the previous Dashboard, which has now been renamed to Analytics in the left-side navigation menu. This redesigned page consolidates essential metrics, actionable insights, and next steps for new users—all in one convenient location.

Whether you’re a new merchant setting up your account or a seasoned user looking to optimize your performance, the Dashboard provides clear guidance and valuable data at a glance.

WHY the Dashboard Matters

The Dashboard is designed to help you:

  • Save time by bringing all key performance metrics into a single view.

  • Stay proactive with actionable insights, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to grow your program.

  • Guide new users with a step-by-step onboarding flow that ensures a smooth account setup.

By consolidating essential actions and data, the Dashboard enables you to focus on improving customer trust, gathering valuable feedback, and showcasing your business’s success.

Sections of the Dashboard

The Dashboard is divided into five key sections:

1. Onboarding Steps

For merchants who signed up after August 1st, the Dashboard will display onboarding steps to help set up their account. The steps differ depending on whether you’ve selected Product Reviews or Company Reviews during onboarding:

Product Reviews:

  • Upload Your Logo

  • Personalize Your Email

  • Integrate Your Store

  • Switch on Auto-Sending

Company Reviews:

  • Upload Your Logo

  • Personalize Your Email

  • Send a Review Request

This section ensures new users know exactly what to do next to fully activate their account and start collecting reviews.

2. Your Overview

The Your Overview section provides a high-level snapshot of your account’s performance. The following five data points are displayed:

Reviews:

  • The total number of reviews, including Product, Company, and surveys counted as Product Reviews.

Visuals Uploaded:

  • The number of photos and videos collected via reviews and surveys.

Avg. Star Rating:

  • The average star rating across Product and Company Reviews.

TrustScore:

  • A score (1–10) representing customer sentiment for your business.

Survey Responses:

  • The total number of survey responses, including surveys counted as Product Reviews.

These metrics are displayed as static cards (see example below) for quick reference, helping you track progress and identify opportunities.

3. Recommended for You

This section highlights helpful features to maximize your account’s potential. These recommendations are displayed as clickable cards and currently include:

  • Create a Custom Form: Design a Product-Specific form to collect more details with customer reviews.

  • Create a Survey: Set up customizable surveys to gather insights and UGC.

  • Send a Direct Request: Send a product review request to an individual customer.

While recommendations are static for now, future updates will provide dynamic suggestions based on your activity.

4. Quick Actions

The Quick Actions section provides shortcuts to frequently accessed tools, with each action leading to its corresponding page. If a feature is not included in your plan, a crown icon will appear next to the action, prompting you to upgrade.

Available Quick Actions include:

  • Manage Your Product Reviews

  • Manage Your Company Reviews

  • Manage Your Surveys

  • Manage Your Visual Uploads

  • Manage Your Q&A Responses

Note: Clicking on a restricted action with a crown will display a popup encouraging you to upgrade your plan.

5. Learn

This section displays the latest blog posts to educate, inspire, and inform users. You’ll see three posts at a time, each linking directly to the full article on our website. These posts are curated to provide valuable insights into improving customer experience and growing your review program.

Use Cases

The new Dashboard is designed to serve a variety of business needs. Here are a few examples:

  1. Ecommerce Store: A clothing retailer can track customer engagement by monitoring Visuals Uploaded and use surveys to gather insights on sizing preferences.
