This guide is meant to walk you through how to connect RaveCapture to your site or store, to automate the review collection process.

Overview

RaveCapture supports multiple ways to connect to your site, accommodating a range of site types and review needs, from Company Reviews for service-based businesses to Product Reviews and Experience Surveys for eCommerce sites. Here’s a breakdown of the integration methods available:

Company Reviews Only  (great for service-based sites)

Tip: If you're using an eCommerce site but only want to collect company reviews, you can still use our eCommerce plugins. Set the request ratio to 100% under Campaigns > Email & Survey Campaigns.

Steps to Verify Integration

Once you've connected RaveCapture to your site, it’s essential to verify that everything is working correctly.

  1. Check for Pending Requests: When a new order or request is sent to RaveCapture, it should appear within the Review Requests tab.

    • Company Reviews: Go to Review Management > Company Reviews > Review Requests

    • Product Reviews: Go to Review Management > Product Reviews > Review Requests

    • Experience Surveys: Go to Review Management > Experience Surveys > Survey Requests

    If the request appears in the respective tab, your site is successfully connected, and data is being transmitted to RaveCapture.

  2. Troubleshooting:

    • If you don’t see the request, verify that credentials and settings are entered correctly per the instructions.

    • If issues persist, please contact our support team for help.
