Learn how to connect RaveCapture and your Zendesk account

Respond to your customers' reviews and surveys from your Zendesk account.

Automatically send all of your user-generated content events directly to Zendesk help desk.

Setup

  1. Click Site Integrations > select CRM / Helpdesk tab

  2. Click Setup under Zendesk

  3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, user email, and API

  4. Click Save Settings
