Overview
The purpose of this article is to help explain how to update the information displayed on your store profile page. The profile page is a great resource for prospective customers to see all of your great reviews and learn more about your business.
Getting Started
1. The first step in editing your store page information is to access your Account Settings, which is located on the top right of the screen under your company name. Click your company name and a drop-down will display, then select "Account Settings".
2. Within the Account Settings area, click on the 3rd tab, "Company Page".
From here you can change many fields which will automatically update your profile page including:
Company Name
Company Website
Company Category
Company Description
Company Logo
Store Header Image
3. We also allow you to display a Support Block on your profile page which contains your email, store hours, and phone number to help your customers find your contact information.
Click the checkbox to enable the Support Block, then enter the information below.
Be sure to click Save once you're happy with everything.
