Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Profile Page

  1. Access Account Settings

    • Go to Settings in the header

    • Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu

  2. Navigate to the Company Page Tab

    • In Account Settings, click on the third tab labeled “Company Page.”

  3. Update Your Company Information

    • You can modify several fields here, all of which will automatically update on your profile page. These fields include:

      • Company Name

      • Company Website

      • Company Category

      • Company Description

      • Company Logo

      • Store Header Image

  4. Add a Support Block for Customer Accessibility

    • To make contact information easily available, enable the Support Block by clicking the checkbox.

    • Fill out details such as email, store hours, and phone number in the provided fields.

  5. Save Changes

    • Once you've updated the information, ensure you click Save to publish your changes.

Be sure to click Save once you're happy with everything.

  • Adjust the Support Block: Tailor the Support Block to feature hours that best match your busiest times or the times customers are most likely to reach out.

  • Use Seasonal Header Images: Regularly update your header image with seasonal themes or current promotions to keep your page relevant and visually engaging.

  • Company Description Optimization: Rewrite the company description periodically to highlight new products, services, or recent achievements. This can enhance search engine visibility and keep your page fresh.
