How to Invite Past Customers for Reviews in RaveCapture
RaveCapture offers two methods to invite past customers for reviews, depending on whether you want to reach out to individual customers or a large group at once.
Types of Invitations Available:
Direct Request – Send a request to a single customer at a time.
Bulk Invite – Send review requests to multiple customers at once, using a CSV file.
Inviting Past Customers for Company Reviews
Company reviews provide a broader view of your business and overall service quality.
Steps to Send a Company Review Direct Request
Navigate to the Campaigns Page>Default Review Campaigns
Select Company Review Request.
Click the three dots to the right and select "Direct Request".
Enter the Customer's Name and Email.
Click "Send Review Request". The email will be queued and sent within 15-20 minutes.
Steps to Send a Company Review Bulk Invite
Navigate to the Campaigns page
Scroll down to the Manual Review Request Section
Select Add New>Bulk Company Invite
Create a CSV file (template available in RaveCapture) with:
Customer Name
Customer Email
Upload the file (max 1,000 rows). Emails will be sent within approximately 30 minutes.
Inviting Past Customers for Product Reviews
Product reviews are specific to individual items and help showcase product quality.
Steps to Send a Product Review Direct Request
Navigate to the Campaigns Page>Default Review Campaigns
Select Product Review Request.
Click the three dots to the right and select "Direct Request".
Enter the Customer Name, Email, and Product (choose from a dropdown).
Click "Send Review Request". The email will be queued and sent within 15-20 minutes.
Steps to Send a Product Review Bulk Invite
Go to the Campaigns page.
Scroll down to the Manual Review Request Section
Select Add New>Bulk Product Invite
Create a CSV file (template available in RaveCapture) with:
Customer Name
Customer Email
Product SKU/ID (ensure the product is already in RaveCapture)
Upload the file (max 1,000 rows). Emails will be sent within approximately 30 minutes.
Note: The product must exist in RaveCapture before sending out manual product review requests. Check your products in the Catalog > Product Library section.
