White Label Company Page

Learn how to customize and remove RaveCapture’s branding from your public Company Page.

Updated over a month ago

Overview

Every merchant on RaveCapture gets a public store page (e.g., https://app.ravecapture.com/store/{merchant-link}) to showcase their product and company reviews. This page is designed to be SEO-friendly, helping merchants rank higher in search results and attract more traffic to their business.

For merchants on the Power Plan, we offer the ability to white label the store page. This feature allows you to remove all RaveCapture branding and upload a custom CSS file to fully tailor the design and align it with your brand identity.

WHY is White Labeling Important?

Creating a consistent brand experience across all platforms builds trust with customers and strengthens your brand identity. Here are the benefits of white labeling your RaveCapture Company Page:

  • Consistent Brand Experience: Maintain a seamless look and feel between your website and your review page, reinforcing your brand.

  • Increased Trust and Credibility: Customers see only your brand—without any mention of third-party tools.

  • SEO Optimization: Since the public Company Page is SEO-optimized, customizing it enhances brand exposure, driving more traffic directly to your store.

  • Design Flexibility: With custom CSS, merchants have full control over the appearance of the store page, matching it to their brand guidelines.

Use Cases

Here are a few ways merchants benefit from white labeling their RaveCapture store page:

  1. Luxury Retailers: A high-end fashion brand ensures their review page matches the elegant look of their main website by applying a custom color palette and fonts through CSS.

  2. International Brands: Brands that operate in different regions align the review page’s design with localized websites to create a unified customer experience for different markets.

  3. Small Businesses: Local stores looking to build customer trust remove third-party branding to showcase their reviews as part of their brand’s core identity.

  4. Agencies Managing Multiple Clients: Agencies managing online stores can customize the CSS for each brand's store page, ensuring every page reflects the client’s unique identity.
