Your Company Page in RaveCapture is a public-facing profile that highlights your business identity, customer reviews, and support information. This page is SEO-optimized and automatically created after onboarding is complete. Keeping this page updated helps improve your credibility, boost organic traffic, and make it easier for customers to reach you.

A well-maintained Company Page helps:
Build trust with prospective customers by showing verified reviews and consistent branding
Improve conversions by sharing product credibility and business values
Provide clear support details to reduce friction and improve accessibility
Strengthen SEO with indexed content and review-rich metadata
How to Access and Edit Your Company Page
Log in to your RaveCapture account
Go to the gear icon > Account Settings
Click the Company Page tab
Editable Fields
You can customize the following fields:
Company Name
Company Website
Business Category
Company Description (Max: 500 characters)
Logo (JPG or PNG)
Header Image (JPG or PNG, recommended size: 1200x300px)
Changes are applied immediately after clicking Save — there is no preview mode.
Support Block (Optional Contact Section)
The Support Block allows you to list contact and support info directly on the Company Page:
Support Email
Support Phone Number
Support Hours
Note: These fields support plain text only. Email addresses and URLs will not appear as clickable links.
To enable:
Check the box labeled Enable Support Block
Fill in your contact info
Click Save

Use a high-res logo for professional, mobile-friendly presentation
Upload seasonal header images to keep the page fresh and visually appealing
Localize Company Page branding if you operate multiple stores (e.g., different languages or imagery)
Keep your company description updated with new offerings, awards, or messaging
Enable the Support Block to reduce customer friction and signal transparency
SEO & Metadata Behavior
Meta titles and descriptions are auto-generated from your Company Name and Description fields
You cannot manually edit metadata from the UI
Admins may adjust metadata for specific accounts via backend if necessary
