Import in your Company and Product Reviews

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

Transitioning to a new system can be challenging, but RaveCapture simplifies the process by allowing you to easily import both company and product reviews. This way, you can retain valuable customer feedback without missing a beat.

This guide walks you through importing company and product reviews, as well as how to bring in reviews from external sources like Amazon, eBay, and more.

WHY Import Reviews into RaveCapture?

Importing your existing reviews is crucial for maintaining customer trust and showcasing authentic feedback when you switch to RaveCapture. Reviews are a powerful tool for increasing conversions, improving credibility, and driving customer engagement. Without them, you risk losing social proof, which can impact sales. By importing your reviews, you ensure that new customers can immediately see the feedback that’s earned your brand trust and loyalty.

Key Business Benefits:

  • Retain Social Proof: Ensure your hard-earned customer reviews remain visible to potential buyers.

  • Streamlined Transition: Avoid the hassle of losing reviews during a platform switch, allowing for a seamless integration.

  • Boost SEO: Search engines favor websites with consistent review activity, enhancing your online visibility.

Use Cases

Here are practical examples of how businesses can leverage the Import Reviews feature:

  1. eCommerce Retailers: If you're transitioning from another platform like Shopify or WooCommerce, you can import all product reviews with customer images, maintaining your store's credibility and visual appeal.

  2. Service-Based Companies: Service-based businesses can migrate customer feedback from sources like Google or Facebook, ensuring potential clients see positive reviews without needing to manually re-enter them.

  3. Retailers Using External Marketplaces: For businesses selling on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or eBay, importing external reviews keeps your reputation consistent across multiple sales channels. These reviews can then be displayed directly on your website for added social proof.
