Overview
With Email Analytics, you can check the number of emails sent, their response rate, and new reviews captured all within a date range of your choosing.
Analytics by Individual Emails
See analytics per individual email at the bottom of the page. Expand individual emails by clicking their row to see Unsubscribe, Rejects, Hard Bounces, and Soft Bounces.
Hard bounce: A hard bounce is an email that couldn't be delivered for permanent reasons (e.g., fake address, the domain does not exist).
Soft bounce: A soft bounce is an email that couldn't be delivered because of temporary reasons.
To view your analytics select Company or Product reviews from the left menu and click Campaign Analytics.
