Sharing Reviews With Photos From Visual Moderation
Rapidly create social trust through visual content.
Step 1 - Connect Your Facebook Account
From Social Sharing, select "Post Scheduler" and go to the Connections tab
Select the "connect" button and choose the Facebook page you want to connect
Next, you will be asked to select the Instagram Business Account you want to use with RaveCapture
On the next screen, you will be asked to select the pages you want to use with RaveCapture
In the next step, you can review your permission settings. Select "yes" for all options. **Note, if any of these options are turned off, RaveCapture may not work properly
Once you have clicked the "done" button, a confirmation message will display that you have linked RaveCapture to Facebook
Step 2 - Connect Your Instagram Account
**Note: To share visual content on Instagram, the following criteria need to be met:
Have a Professional Instagram account connected with your Facebook Business Account
Connect your Facebook Business account to the RaveCapture platform
Once your Facebook Business account has been connected to the RaveCapture platform, follow the next steps to complete the connection of your Instagram account to RaveCapture:
From Social Sharing, select "Post Scheduler" and go to the Connections tab
Select the "connect" button
You are now ready to share your reviews with photos from Visual Moderation to Instagram
Step 3 - Sharing Reviews With Photos
From Product Reviews or Experience Surveys, go to Visual Moderation
In the upper right corner of each photo, you will see an arrow icon that will open up the Social Sharing options when clicked
Select the platform you want to share to and customize your post
Select "post now" or schedule the post for a later date and click the next button
Edit your post image and finish by clicking the "post now" or "schedule" button
Posts can be viewed from the Social Management page
Sharing a Text Review
Share text reviews on social media using our newly released Social Cards feature. The Social Card displays your customer's review in a big, bold fashion. Text reviews can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.
Two areas in RaveCapture allow you to click & share a customer review:
From: Company Reviews > Published
From: Product Reviews > Moderation
Below each review, you will see three social media icons. Simply click and select the platform to start the process of sharing the review.
Next, customize your social card. The product page link can be selected to display at the bottom of your post or add a custom link.
Click the green "share" button to complete your post.
Note: If you are currently collecting photos with your reviews and want to share a review with a photo, then sharing to Social Media should be done from the Visual Moderation screen.
