How to Share Reviews With Photos from Visual Moderation
Step 1: Connect Your Facebook & Instagram Account (video tutorial below)
From Social Sharing, select Post Scheduler, and go to the Connections tab.
Click the Connect
Select the Meta Business Account related to your Facebook & Instagram profiles
Select the Facebook page you want to link.
Select Instagram Business Account you want to connect to RaveCapture.
After the redirect, on the next screen, select the Facebook pages you want to use with RaveCapture.
Going back to the Connections tab, click
Connect
for Instagram and choose the Instagram profile.
Step 2: Share Photos & Videos
Navigate to Review Management, and select UGC Studio.
In the upper-right corner of each photo, click the arrow icon to open the social sharing options.
Choose the platform you want to share to, and customize your post.
Select Post Now or Schedule the post for later, then click Next.
Edit the image, and click Post Now or Schedule to complete the process.
Note: You can export photos by clicking on the download icon in the bottom right of the photo thumbnail. To export videos, right click on the video thumbnail > find data-src
> copy & paste the vimeo video link in another window > click download on the video inside vimeo.
How to Share a Text Review
Share text reviews with ease using RaveCapture's Social Cards feature, which highlights customer reviews in a bold, visually appealing format. Text reviews can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
You can share a review from two areas:
Review Management > Company Reviews > Published
Review Management > Product Reviews > Moderation
Under each review, click one of the social media icons to start the sharing process.
Customize the Social Card and optionally add a product page link or a custom URL.
Click the green Share button to post.
Note: If you are currently collecting photos with your reviews and want to share a review with a photo, then sharing to Social Media should be done from the Visual Moderation screen.
