RaveCapture's Auto Post Settings make it easy to share 5-star product and company reviews on social media without lifting a finger. This feature lives within the Post Scheduler and supports daily automated posting to Facebook and Twitter/X.
Once enabled, RaveCapture will scan your published review feed and queue eligible reviews for posting—ensuring your brand maintains a steady, authentic presence across your social channels.

🔧 How to Set It Up
Navigate to Social Sharing > Post Scheduler > Auto Post Settings
Toggle on auto-posting for Facebook and/or Twitter/X
Customize your captions:
Use dynamic tags like
{customer}or{product}Example: "Thanks {customer} for the 5-star review on {product}!"
Set the maximum number of posts per day (e.g., 1 to 5)
Click Save Settings

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I auto-post company and product reviews at the same time?
Yes! You can configure separate captions for each type and RaveCapture will pull from both queues based on availability.
Can I edit an auto-post after it's scheduled?
No. Auto-posted content is generated and published in real-time. To edit or preview, consider sharing manually from moderation.
Do auto-posts appear in the Scheduled Posts tab?
No. The Scheduled Posts tab in the Post Scheduler only tracks manually scheduled content.
