Import Reviews from Your Amazon Store into RaveCapture

If you have an Amazon store and a CSV file with customer reviews, you can manually import those reviews into RaveCapture to showcase valuable feedback on your store.

Step 1: Export Your Reviews from Amazon

  1. Download the Chrome extension Amazon Reviews Exporter | CSV & Images.

  2. Log into your Amazon seller account and navigate to the product you want to export reviews for.

  3. Click the extension and follow the prompts to download your reviews as a CSV file.

Step 2: Import Your Reviews into RaveCapture

  1. Log into your RaveCapture account.

  2. Select Review Management from the left menu>Product Reviews.

  3. Click the blue "Import Existing Reviews" button in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Select "Amazon" as the review source.

  5. Upload your CSV file by clicking the "Upload Custom File" button.

  6. Confirm the upload, and your Amazon reviews will be imported into RaveCapture.
