Overview
The Shopify Markets Localization feature is designed to help Shopify store owners who are using Shopify Markets feature improve the shopping and review submission experience for customers in different countries.
This allows you to send product review requests in multiple languages, giving you full control to customize each language version. Additionally, the review widget can automatically display in the customer’s preferred language based on the country they are browsing from.

Why Use Shopify Markets Localization?
When selling to customers in various countries, communicating effectively in their language can be challenging. Shopify Markets Localization makes it simple to personalize your messages based on your customers' language and location. This means you can send more relevant and personalized review requests, which helps build trust and improve customer relationships, regardless of where they are.

Businesses that ship to different regions can use language-specific templates to make review requests easier to understand and more effective.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Account Settings in your RaveCapture dashboard
2. Locate the Shopify Markets Language Localization setting
Under Advanced Personalization, locate the setting called Shopify Markets Language Localization with the option to Override Language with Customer Locale.
Enable this setting to ensure the review widget displays in the customer's language based on their location.
3. Customize Review Request Template based on Language
You will then see an option to Customize Review Request Template based on Language.
Enable this setting to create a customized review request template for each language for different markets. This applies to both Company & Product Reviews.
4. Click Save Setting

Go to your Product and/or Company Review Request email settings from the campaigns page.

Customization Options
Language-Specific Templates:
Customize each review request template to match the language of the market you are targeting.
Custom Questions per Market:
Add different questions for each market to make the review requests more relevant and effective. Use the Add Question button at the bottom of the template editor page to add these questions.
Go to your Account Settings and enable Shopify Markets Localization if you are using Shopify Markets to sell internationally. Take advantage of this feature to send review requests and show widgets in the language your customers prefer.
Merchants who serve multiple markets no longer need multiple accounts to send region-specific review requests—you can manage everything in a single account with RaveCapture. If there is a language that we do not support yet, please let us know, and we will add it.
