Overview
The Post Scheduler lets you control how and when customer content—like reviews and UGC—is shared across your brand’s social media platforms. Whether you want to schedule a curated photo post or automate daily review sharing, the Post Scheduler gives you the tools to manage it all from one place.
To access the Post Scheduler, go to Social Sharing > Post Scheduler.

📅 1. Scheduled Posts Tab
View and manage all content that has been shared or scheduled using RaveCapture’s tools.
What You'll See:
Each post includes details like:
Share Type – Manual or automated
Platform – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
Caption – Text used in the post
Image – Thumbnail preview (if included)
Schedule Date
Publish Date
Creation Date
Note: Auto-posted text reviews may not always appear here. Contact Support if tracking seems off.
🔗 2. Connections Tab
Connect or manage social media platforms to enable sharing.
How to Connect:
Facebook & Instagram: Must be connected via a Meta Business Account
Twitter/X: Can be connected directly
LinkedIn: No authentication required—sharing opens via browser
⚠️ Meta tokens can expire silently. If Instagram or Facebook features stop working (e.g., photo fetch, auto-posting), disconnect and reconnect.
⚙️ 3. Auto Post Settings Tab
Set up automated posting of 5-star text reviews to Facebook and Twitter/X.
Features:
Toggle on auto-posting per platform
Customize captions for Product and Company reviews
Use dynamic tags like

Set a daily post limit to control frequency
