Learn how to manage multiple RaveCapture accounts effortlessly with a single login.

Overview

The Multi-Account Access feature allows users to switch seamlessly between multiple RaveCapture accounts without needing to log in and out repeatedly. This feature saves time, improves workflow, and helps you manage all your business accounts efficiently under a single login.

  • Available on all plans.

  • No limit to the number of accounts a user can access through this feature.

Once this feature is enabled, a drop-down menu will appear in the top right corner of your dashboard (next to the settings icon). Clicking on the drop-down displays a list of all companies linked to your login—just click on the one you’d like to access, and the system will switch accounts instantly.

WHY is Multi-Account Access Important?

Businesses often operate multiple brands or stores that need separate accounts. Multi-Account Access offers a convenient way to manage these accounts under a single login.

How to Enable Multi-Account Access

To get Multi-Account Access set up:

  1. Contact our support team via Live Chat or email support@ravecapture.com.

  2. Once enabled, you’ll see a drop-down menu at the top right corner of your account dashboard, displaying all companies associated with your login.

  3. Select the desired account from the list to switch between accounts instantly.
